Welcome! We're so excited to have you join us for a class. We rent mats and towels ($3 each). Small lockers and showers available at our Lawrence Park and St Clair West studios. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early so we can show you the space so you can ease your way into your practice.

Wear something that you feel comfortable and are easy to move around in. You will probably sweat a lot, so lightweight, breathable materials that will absorb sweat and dry quickly are best. Shorts or leggings, a tee-shirt or a tank top are all great options.

You'll need a yoga mat and water for class. You might also want a mat towel, depending on how much you sweat. We have filtered water available at the studio so bring your own bottle. Yoga mats, mat towels, and shower towels are also available to rent or buy if you don't have your own. We also recommend bringing a change of clothes for after class – did we mention you'll sweat a lot?!
