Yoga Classes

  • Yoga Class

    Zen Series

    Zen Yoga is our classic heated foundational yoga practice—but don't let that fool you! It can be just as challenging as it is accessible to beginners. This class is a hatha style of practice and offers a set series of 40 postures, each one held for 30-45 seconds to help build endurance, muscular strength, and flexibility.

    This class is suitable for students with varying degrees of yoga experience. Postures can be modified to meet the needs of both beginners and more experienced students. This class takes place in a heated room.

  • Zen Flow - Wheel Pose

    Zen Flow

    Zen Flow is our signature hot vinyasa-based yoga practice. This class offers a set series of postures (with some room for variation) and builds on the foundation set in our classic practice. Students will move at a rhythmic pace, linking each posture with movement and breath. Zen Flow is a great complement to your regular Zen Series practice.

    This class is suitable for students with varying degrees of yoga experience. Postures can be modified to meet the needs of both beginners and more experienced students. This class takes place in a heated room.

  • Power Flow Yoga

    Power Flow

    Power Flow is a dynamic heated class that challenges the strength of the student and focuses on safe flowing movement.

    Every class is unique with creative sequencing and personal touch.

    Beginners are encouraged to feel comfortable with the Zen Series and Zen Flow classes before trying Power Flow. This class is practiced in a hot room.

  • Breathwork

    Hatha / Vinyasa

    Hatha is a gentle form of yoga. Classes move at a slower pace for a more meditative experience, and focus on postures and breathing techniques.

    Vinyasa moves at a faster pace, and each posture is linked with movement and breath.

    Classes are creatively sequenced by the teachers who lead them and will vary from class to class.

    All classes are suitable for students with varying degrees of yoga experience. Postures can be modified to meet the needs of both beginners and more experienced students.

  • Stretch & Surrender (Yin)

    Yin Yoga is a slow-paced practice that stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system to promote relaxation. Postures are held for several minutes and the focus is on stretching the deep connective tissues in your body to help release tension.

    This class is suitable for anyone. Props can be used to make the postures more accessible and passive.

  • Mindful Movement & Meditation

    Meditation classes involve focusing on the present moment as a way to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression while improving your overall well-being.

    Students will be guided to focus on their breath, observe their thoughts and feelings, and let go of any distractions. Through regular attendance and dedicated practice, you can cultivate a stronger sense of self-awareness and inner peace.

    Classes are suitable for anyone.

  • Prenatal Yoga

    Prenatal Classes

    Prenatal classes are designed for new or experienced students at any point in their pregnancy journey. Connect to your changing body and send intention to your growing baby. Build community with other parents-to-be in the area. Relieve tension and develop tone and strength through a dynamic sequence of postures.

    Learn relaxation and breathing techniques to prepare for birth and aid in postpartum recovery. *This class takes place in a non-heated room.

  • Mom+Baby yoga

    Mom+Baby

    Self care at its utmost best. Return to your mat 6-8 weeks post delivery to ensure you are filling your cup. All classes are catered to support a Mama’s fatigue, physical discomforts from the demands of motherhood, and to honour the majestic connection you can experience with yourself and your new babe.

    A perfect blend of Yoga and Pilates will allow you to feel amazing from the inside out. Suitable for Mamas who have clearance to exercise from their OBGYN/Midwife/Doula

Pilates & HIIT Classes

  • Yoga Class

    Pilates on the Mat

    Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening practice designed to build stability around your core. Pilates can help improve muscle tone, flexibility, posture and mind-body awareness.

    We offer workout bands, squishy balls and small weights for you to adjust your intensity.

  • HIIT Fitness - Ab Strength

    HIIT Pilates

    HIIT Pilates is a lower-impact, high-energy class inspired by Pilates principles to build muscle and increase stamina. It’s a full body workout with highlights like glute bridges, abs abs abs and a taste of interval training!

    Expect short bursts of high intensity exercises that focus on stabilizing, strengthening, and toning the whole body - all while moving (and sweating) to the music. Props include resistance bands, pilates balls and blocks. Heated class, all levels welcome.

  • Yoga Strength

    Strength & Mobility

    Enhance strength, mobility and functionality in this 45 minute workout. Functional strength training with Pilates balls, weighted balls and bands. Mobility training to warm up and flexibility cooldown to release and relax.

    Intructors will offer options adjusted to meet your fitness level.

  • Yoga Sculpt

    Yoga Sculpt

    Yoga Sculpt is a vigorous vinyasa class that combines resistance training and low-impact cardio moves in a hot room.  Set to upbeat music, Sculpt will work your total body as you build strength with new and traditional yoga movements. 

    This class is for students looking for more intensity, but low impact (no burpees!) It targets all muscle groups for a full body burn, with highlights like using weights and ample upper body work. Props can include yoga blocks, handheld weights and resistance bands. Heated class, all levels welcome.
