This 90 minute workshop will give you the tools and confidence you need to explore inversions in a safe and supported way. We will breakdown the various steps required to successfully explore headstands and handstands so that you leave with a deeper understanding of the skills and alignment required to explore inversions safely. All levels are welcome!
