Understanding Inversions~Workshop

This 90 minute workshop will give you the tools and confidence you need to explore inversions in a safe and supported way. We will breakdown the various steps required to successfully explore headstands and handstands so that you leave with a deeper understanding of the skills and alignment required to explore these inversions safely. All levels are welcome!

Yara Elarabi has been teaching yoga for ten years. She completed various trainings that have helped shape her into the excellent and passionate teacher that she is today.
