Shuna has been practicing yoga for more than 35 years. She also loves being artistic, cycling around Toronto, social ice dancing, and long walks in the country. The yoga studio is a place to challenge herself without expectations or judgement.
Shuna teaches our classic Zen Series, Hatha and Restorative Yoga. She would like to help her students find the therapeutic joy and strength that she has found on her yoga mat creating a moving meditation.
